Min.3 Years   Mumbai

Should have experience in handling end to end IT or non IT recruitment, Full Time positions with a proven track record.

Excellent work experience on Job portals like Nakuri,Monster, Social networking sites and head hunting etc to get the right profiles matching the requirements at the shortest possible time.

Understanding the Job Requirements quickly and source apt profiles for IT requirement.

Create a pipeline of qualified technical resources.

Seeking Recruiter who is smart in sourcing and have excellent negotiating capabilities.

Should be excellent team players.

Should have high level of self -target Basic knowledge in computers / IT.

Screen applications and select best talent for organization.

Act as single point of contact for candidates for all IT related recruitments.

Good communication skills and presentation skills

A proven HR recruiting professional with 2-5 years of experience in Sourcing IT/non IT Requirements

Work independently and also collaborate with team members to develop a cohesive and collaborative environment

Immediate Joiners would be preferred
